When will my order ship?We will ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Where is my order?Currently we're only able to offering tracking on orders $15 or above. Smaller orders do not have tracking to keep the cost down. If your order hasn't arrived in 5-7 business days after it was shipped, please reach out to us HERE and we'll do our best to help you out. All orders will receive a notification of being shipped with or without tracking.

My order arrived damaged!While this is completely out of our control, send us proof of damaged goods and we will happily replace or refund them for you. You must provide photographic proof to receive a replacement or refund.

Can I Return or Exchange an item?No. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us HERE.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
